#324 - James Thackra

Following a Disciplinary hearing to review the suspension of James Thackra after an incident at Northampton on 21st June 2009, the decision of the original Management Board was upheld and 324 James Thackra remains banned for one month with three weeks suspended and may return to racing on 1st July 2009.

NB: This hearing suggested for future reference that perhaps Rule 92 not be heard at a local hearing and instead be dealt with at a full BoC hearing.
