#546 Barry Folan

The Board of Control met to discuss incidents at a BriSCA F2 race meeting at Crimond on 27 September 2009.

#546 Barry Folan was found not guilty of deliberately fencing #854 Robbie Dawson.

The board however were not happy with the actions and attitude of Folan towards the race officials when he was asked to leave the track and as a consequence of his actions issued Folan with a 3 month racing ban of which 2 months would be suspended for 6 months of the 2010 season. Folan having not raced for five weeks since the 27 of Sept 09 was cleared to race for the remainder of the 2009.
