Disciplinary #877

Following a Board of Control hearing on Friday 15 May 2009 #877 Eddie Darby was found guilty of Deliberate Fencing on 393 Chris Cuming at Arena Essex on 5 April 2009, in contravention of Rule 92.

Darby was issued with a three month ban with immediate effect. In view of no previous disciplinary record, two months of the ban was suspended for the rest of the 2009 season. He may return to racing on 15 June 2009.
