James Thackra (#324) - Update

BriSCA F2 has investigated the case of Deliberate Fencing by James Thackra (324) on Luke Philips (541) at Northampton on Sunday June 21st 2009, and have instructed that, in view of the severity of the offence, the matter be referred to a Disciplinary Hearing. 

Until such time as the case is heard, Thackra will remain suspended from racing.
