Unlicenced Track

The issue of three drivers who raced at an unlicensed track, in contravention of Rule 4 of the 2009 Stock Car Racing Rules and Regulations, has been further resolved.

A driver’s contract with the Board is for a full year, from 1 January to 31 December.

903 Mike Spence, who subsequently raced BriSCA F2, after contravening Rule 4, has been banned from racing at all ORCi tracks for 12 months, and may return to racing on 12 September 2010.

247 Paul Xuereb and 420 Adrian Baker, who have not subsequently raced BriSCA F2, after contravening Rule 4, will not be offered a renewal of their BriSCA F2 Licence until one year has elapsed since the contravention, and thus may return to BriSCA F2 on 12 September 2010.
