A Disciplinary Hearing was held for the case detailed below, on 16 April 2011, relating to incidents at Birmingham on 9 April 2011.
286 Todd Jones received a ban of three months, with two months suspended, for deliberate fencing. He may return to racing on/after 10 May 2011.
276 Murray Jones received a ban of one month, with two weeks suspended. He may return to racing on 24 April 2011.
99 Simon Young received a ban of six months for 'deliberate fencing' (second offence). He may return to racing on 10 October 2011.

Following incidents at Birmingham on 9 April 2011, 99 Simon Young, 276 Murray Jones and 286 Todd Jones have been suspended from racing, and reported for a Disciplinary Hearing.
