Following an incident at Skegness, on 28 October 2010, 284 Jody Griffin was reported to a Disciplinary Hearing, where he was found guilty of "side swiping" 630 Justin Parker.
Accordingly he was issued with a six month ban, of which five months were suspended.
He may return to racing on 28 March 2011.
Richard Parker was issued with a Warning letter, and both drivers were asked to draw a line under the incident and cease any provocative action towards one another. Jody Griffin was further encouraged to build bridges with individual promoters.
