After further investigation into the allegations detailed below, a conclusion of no case to answer has been reached. Consequently, 309 Bryan Forrest can return to racing with immediate effect.

Following an incident at Birmingham on 11 September, 309 Bryan Forrest has been suspended from racing. He has been accused of threatening behaviour, and his case will be referred to a Disciplinary Hearing.
