7 Gordon Moodie/38 David Polley

Having been furnished with additional evidence, BriSCA F2 has carried out an investigation into the incident between 7 Gordon Moodie and 38 David Polley, which arose on 11 July at Skegness.

As a result of this investigation, which has enhanced the original findings detailed on the Steward's Report, BriSCA F2 has modified the penalties issued.

7 Gordon Moodie - guilty of ramming a stationary car - 6 week ban from racing, with 5 weeks of the ban suspended, until the end of the 2010 season.  Return to racing with immediate effect.

38 David Polley - guilty of conduct prejudicial to the sport - 6 week ban from racing, with all of the ban suspended, until the end of the 2010 season.
