At an Appeal hearing on 29 September, the sentence detailed below, was modified, in that seven months were suspended until the end of the 2011 season.

Hence, 877 Eddie Darby may return to racing on 7 October 2010.

At a Disciplinary hearing on 18 August, 877 Eddie Darby was found guilty of deliberately fencing 315 Justin Fisher at St Day on 8 August.

He was banned from racing for nine racing months, of which six months were suspended until the end of the 2011 season.

He may return to racing on 7 November 2010.
