#903 Mike Spence

The Oval Racing Council heard an Appeal from 903 Mike Spence, against the 12 month ban imposed for racing at an unlicensed track in September 2009, and subsequent racing appearance in a BriSCA F2 Stock Car fixture.

The panel concluded that there was no material mitigation to support a review of the automatic 12 month ban as per rule 4 and, therefore upheld the penalty.

The driver may re-apply for his BriSCA F2 licence in September 2010.
