After three years of Young Guns and Teen Sensations, there is remarkable interest in the 2011 competition, as a result of the quality and quantity of new young talent that has flooded into BriSCA F2 Stock Car racing this season.
The launch of the Young Guns and Teen Sensations will take place, as has become traditional, at Northampton International Raceway, when Autospeed stages its annual Good Friday fixture there.
The competition is open to all drivers who were teenagers at the start of the season on 1 March. Any such driver who meets that criteria, and who is at Northampton on Good Friday, will be invited to take part in the customary Photo Roll Call at the end of the pre-meeting Grand Parade.
Performance during the course of the 2011 season, will be used to determine grid positions for the pair of title races that will feature during the Summer Speedweekend at Smeatharpe Stadium, Taunton.
