Note
The August 2010 grading list shows driver 218 Rob Speak as having been downgraded from red to blue.  This is perfectly correct in accordance with the grading rules currently in force in that the driver is considered 'active', he has raced in four meetings in the previous grading period, he has not won a final during the previous grading period and he has not held superstar grade 'on merit' for at least three grading periods at any time during the last four years.
However, Rob Speak has made a request that he be permitted to retain his star grading.  Because this action would not result in Speak's
gaining any unfair advantage and in view of his exceptional record in the sport, BriSCA F2 are prepared to accede to this request.
Rob Speak will therefore retain star grade.
