    Following a Board of Control hearing on Friday 15 May 2009 #877 Eddie Darby was found guilty of Deliberate Fencing on 393 Chris Cuming at Arena Essex on 5 April 2009, in contravention of Rule 92.

    At a BriSCA F2 Disciplinary Hearing held on Wednesday 4th February 2009, #719 Colin Smith was found guilty of breaching Rule 95 (An act prejudical to the sport), due to threatening behaviour and verbal abuse towards #156 James Joyce at Birmingham on 8th November 2008.

    Following a Board of Control hearing, #127 Matt Stoneman was found guilty of an infringement of Rule 92 following an incident with 935 Nathan Maidment at Taunton on 28 October 2008.
