Following publication of the 2026 season opening weekend fixtures, BriSCA F2 has now released further confirmed dates for early March.
Cowdenbeath Racewall opens its doors on Saturday 7th March while Hednesford Hills Raceway sees an early season outing on Sunday 8th following driver feedback requesting more meetings at the central venue. Mid-month has a repeat of the opening weekend of the season with King's Lynn on Saturday night, and Skegness Raceway on Sunday, while Cowdenbeath also runs on the Saturday.
The confirmed fixtures for the start of the season are therefore listed below:
*Note: Although 28-Feb falls outside of the official BriSCA F2 season, as defined in Regulation 3 in the BriSCA F2 Rulebook, this meeting has obtained special sanction from BriSCA F2 (as has happened in previous years when 1-Mar falls on a Sunday), and is therefore being treated as a standard scoring meeting for both Grading and World Championship Qualifying points.
Further fixtures will be released over the coming days and weeks, as dates in the complex national fixture-planning process are confirmed.
Check individual promotion/track websites for further details of formulas racing at meetings.
The 2026 BriSCA F2 Stock Car season will officially get underway on Saturday 28th February with the traditional King’s Lynn World Championship Qualifying round meeting. Large fields of cars have been regularly seen at this fixture in past seasons, and with the 2026 World Championship Final being held on shale then those drivers with a preference for the loose are likely to be out in force to gain some early qualifying points. The following day, Sunday 1st March, sees the action move just a short way up the East Coast, as Skegness Raceway opens its doors with the first asphalt meeting of the season, it too being well supported at this fixture in recent years. Both opening meetings feature the Saloon Stock Cars racing alongside the BriSCA F2s. Saturday, February 28th, 5pm - King’s Lynn Sunday, March 1st, 1pm - Skegness More 2026 fixtures will be released over the coming days and weeks. The 2026 BriSCA F2 Stock Car season will officially get underway on Saturday 28th February with the traditional King’s Lynn World Championship Qualifying round meeting.
